West Prairie Community Unit School District #103 is providing this mandatory notice to inform parents, guardians, staff, and community that a pest control application will take place at West Prairie Jr./Sr. High School after school hours on Friday, April 10, 2026. This treatment is part of our ongoing efforts to maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for students and staff.
The application will be conducted by licensed professionals using products approved for use in school settings. All treatments will follow applicable safety guidelines and regulations established by the State of Illinois.
To ensure safety:
The application will occur after dismissal.
Treated areas will be appropriately secured as needed.
Normal building access will resume on Saturday, April 11, 2026.
